WEEKLY GROCERIES

Fresh Veggies:

Spring Green Mix
Romaine Lettuce
Arugula
Shredded Cabbage
Grape tomatoes
Cucumbers

Fruits:

Fresh, in season is better.  Organic is best.  Keep in mind that canned pears (wait till you see how good we can make them!) are better for you than brownies so don't feel guilty if this is the only thing available!  Just be sure to buy fruits canned in their own juice.

Apples
Bananas (not too many -- be careful here!)
Blackberries
Blueberries
Oranges
Pears
Strawberries
Tangerines 

Proteins:

Purchase a variety.  All you need is about 4 oz for each meal but these can be purchased in larger quantities, cooked and frozen in smaller packages.  Crazy time saver!
